ABOUT ALISON
An award-winning graphic designer for 20+ years, Alison Duncan has produced work for a wide range of projects and clients, ranging from major universities and corporations to small businesses, athletic teams and towns. In 2020, Alison was the creative director and designer for a Pennsylvania-wide billboard effort, taking the project through an extensive fundraising campaign and the creation of static and digital billboard messages that traversed the state. She has done gratis work for local animal shelters, schools and humanitarian groups and causes.
Alison’s work has been recognized by the University and College Designer’s Association, the Council for Advancement and Support of Education, Admissions Advertising Awards, Summit Creative Awards, and Creativity Design Annuals.
Alison is grateful to have received training in design, editing and fine arts at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where she earned a bachelor of fine arts and a bachelor of arts in journalism and mass communication. Alison also credits much of her success to her canine “office assistants” who nap under her desk while she works.
